Autobody Fine Art is available to rent. With over 2,500 sq. ft. of space, our large, light filled gallery is the perfect place to hold a cocktail reception, a fundraiser, a birthday party, or just about any social occasion that’s looking for a unique location. We have a full kitchen with an electric stove, microwave and very large refrigerator and although we are not licensed for food preparation you are welcome to refrigerate and reheat food in advance of your event.
We have a limited number of folding tables of various sizes
(please call to check on sizes) and chairs, that are available. We usually
rent additional items from Piedmont Party Rental in Oakland who are used to
delivery and pick up from the space.
We consider our rates very reasonable, and we'd be happy
to consult with you if you need a caterer, help with decoration, or any other
element of planning your event. As we are an art gallery, we will usually have
an exhibition installed at the time of your event, but under special circumstances
we can make arrangements for your own artwork to also be on display. Please

| Autobody Fine Art has a projector.
We are happy to let you use it, but we need to have a staff member on hand
throughout the event in case of technical difficulties. The rate per event
for a staff tech will be an additional $30.00. The staff tech will also
help with any lighting or audio issues you might have. |
| A deposit of $100 must be
paid prior to the event. If space is left clean and equipment in good condition,
a refund will be returned within 5 working days of the event. |
